About

Evan Moore is a final year student at Cardiff School of Art and Design studying designing and making processes. His work often blurs the gap between art and design with his pieces commonly being born from research informing a concept alongside a practical function often either lighting or furniture. Moore utilises the latest digital modelling and fabrication systems along with traditional making processes and techniques. The pieces are often inspired by nature and the world around us with an interesting dialogue between hand and machine to produce work with a distinct aesthetic. He is currently is exhibiting his planet collection titled ‘Forms From Other Worlds’ at Cardiff School of Art and Design Degree show which ends on the 2nd of June 2017.
