The Target for the New Forms

At the end, in my final show, to display the breath of the application that the design method can be applied to, I would like to show the following-

  • Data from the Ocean us to produce forms which showcase the incredible patterns and forms created in nature. The forms will come as part of the following applications-

Dining table

Coffee Table

Glasses

Wall Art

The visualisations for this from NASA that I have collected already and that I want to use are below-

This Data show things such as ocean currents, surface temperature variations, ocean salinity variations and surface density.

  • Data from the impacts of deforestation and the increase in CO2 gas emissions used to create forms which visualize the increases in this data, bringing awareness of these effects through sculpture in the following applications

Free standing Sculpture

Wall Art

Building Facade

Reception Desk

Below is the deforestation data I will try and use-

The data from http://databank.worldbank.org/data/reports.aspx?source=2&series=EN.ATM.CO2E.PC&country=  on China’s C02 emission over time. China is one of the biggest C02 emitters and is also a one of the countries which has gone from producing little greenhouse gas to producing huge amounts, which is good for generating the forms in grasshopper.
